 FOOD PANTRY
First Baptist Poinciana cares about our community and the needs
of its people. We know that many families struggle at different times due
to job loss,increased cost of living, medical expenses, etc.
Sometimes there is no money left over after paying necessary bills and families are unable
to buy groceries. We have opened a food pantry for families
who are in desperate need and have no other resources.
We stock our food pantry through donations from our congregation.
Our pantry is small right now, but we are hoping to partner with
Second
Harvest Food Bank to buy food at a much discounted
price and be able to help many more.
The food pantry is open every Sunday & Wednesday.
On Sundays, the sign up for food starts at 10 am and ends at 10:20 am. On Wednesdays, the sign up time is from 6-6:20pm. Once you sign up, you may pick up your food after service.

If you are in need
1. Come in to our church office to fill out our benevolence form (all information
is kept strictly confidential).
2. We can offer three to four days of food as long as we have supplies.
If you would like to donate
We are in need of cash donations as well as the following items:
Canned chicken, canned beef stew, canned soup,
canned vegetables, spaghetti sauce, canned tuna,
pancake mix, syrup, boxed or bagged cereal,
instant potatoes, gravy mixes, vegetable oil, mayonnaise,
laundry detergent, dish soap, soap, toilet paper, paper towels
